Annual retreat for Pastors and Elders was attended by Peter Crysdale, Charles Howland and Pam Humphrey.

Study group on this early Quaker will meet at Allen's Neck during the summer.
HOSPITALITY COMMITTEE
Funerals- Meeting agreed that the Hospitality Committee need not be involved in obtaining reimbursement for the cost of refreshments following a funeral service. This can be handled by the one officiating at the service.
FEES FOR THE USE OF OUR BUILDING
A letter from Carol Munger led to a thoughtful discussion on the rigidity of fees versus promoting outreach. It was decided that Building and Grounds Committee should discuss the matter and give us their recommendations at our next Monthly Meeting.
MINISTRY AND COUNSEL
Meeting approved Marit Ingalls as a new member. Clearness Committee has been appointed for the marriage of Marit Ingalls and David Ionata on July 21. Alcoholics Anonymous has requested use of our hall on a regular basis. Peter and David & Linda Johannesen will look into this. Meeting approved of rehiring Peter Crysdale for another year.
LIBRARY COMMITTEE
Bethany Barrow is assisting Betsy Acheson on library work.
CLAMBAKE
Price of tickets remains at $40 for adults and $20 for children.
