The Meeting has requested that the Parsonage Committee meet to offer a recommendation on the upcoming changes to the parsonage’s insurance policy. Pastor: Peter Crysdale suggests the meeting consider the following changes: 1. That the meeting move the painting above the facing bench to the side wall of the Meeting room and replace it with an ever-changing selection of Quaker and scriptural writings. 2. That the Meeting re-think what we currently do with both the library and the newsletter. 3. That the Meeting consider refocusing the energy of the Peace and Social Concerns Committee to help the poor in our community. Ministry and Counsel: Meeting approved the membership requests of Andy Pollock and Jeff Schmalz and welcome them into our midst. The committee will be having further open meetings to discuss the future of the Meeting. Finance: Charlie Howland requests that the Nominating Committee place new members on Finance. The Committee has presented a preliminary forecast for 2010 to be considered by the Meeting at large. Building and Grounds: Stan Stopka requested on behalf of the Committee that at this time, the Meeting not peruse the replacement of the old windows with new ones. The Meeting encourages the Committee to continue its work on a grant from the Dartmouth Community Preservation Committee. Further Business: Meeting approved hosting a post-meeting for worship brunch for visiting members of BOLDTeens on Sunday, May 2. Meeting approved a possible outlay of $2000 for the purpose of helping some of our young Friends to attend China Camp this summer.
