Minutes from Monthly Meeting for Business December 4 , 2011
Treasurer's Report: The Meeting has received donations in memory of Jean Parsons.
Ministry and Counsel: The Committee encourages all attenders to write down favorite hymns and give them to Charlie.
Parsonage: Jeff Schmalz presented a timeline out lining the current legal situation at the parsonage.
Nominating Committee: Stan Stopka, Michael Harrison, and Lindelle OKeefe ask that anyone in the meeting who would like to either get placed on, or removed from a particular committee please contact one of them in the next month.
All committees should be aware that at the next Monthly Meeting , January 22, they will be required to present their Annual Report as well as the usual monthly report to the meeting. Copies of the Annual report can be made to save time during the Meeting.
Bill Reed asks that any committee convenor who has business to put before the Meeting please alert him two weeks in advance when possible.
Meeting will extend an invitation to Inter-Church Council to have a "Round Table" discussion of Inter-Church Council policies with members and attenders of Allen's Neck Meeting some time in January.
Meeting agreed on Christmas gifts for its employees.
