Sewing Circles
Ila is at it againor perhaps she never stopped. She and Barbara are working on pot holders for the Clambake 2003 Craft Table. They need material; cotton, chintz or even some upholstery material will be acceptable. Bring the material to the Meeting House and we will see that Ila gets it.
Allens Neck Meeting House was the scene of two weddings recently. Burney and Lynne were married here , Saturday, October 12; and then on Sunday, October 13 Kathy married Tom.
Burney, of course, is our Clambake Bake Master. Kathy is our resident Folklorist and the author of Clambake , University of Massachusetts Press, 1992.
A Halloween Party will be held at the Meeting House on Friday, November 1st at 7 PM.
There will be lots of games in addition to a Costume Contest and a
Haunted Walk ! There will be plenty of goodies, too. Fun for all ages. Any questions, call Mike.Any one who attended the Open House for the New High School received a program. If you looked closely at the lower RH corner of the illustration on the front you saw that it was done by our own Natalie!!
