Notes from Monthly Meeting for Business 3/23/05

Meeting approved Ministry and Counsel’s recommendation to accept Betty and Sharon as our newest Meeting members. Raymond was approved as the Bakemaster for our annual Clambake in August. Bob audited the Treasurer’s records and found them to be in fine shape. The Ways and Means Committee will be working with the Christian Education Committee to update the children’s books in the library, to be more interesting for the children. Meeting approved of paying $70 for two people to attend a Christian Education conference in April.

The new 2005 Directory of Allen’s Neck Friends Meeting is available at the Meeting house for anyone who wants one.
