Annual Flea Market
June 11th 8-11 AM
We hope you have set aside this date to enjoy companionship along with your opportunity to purchase unique items at our annual Flea Market. Enhance your garden with our selection of plants, or maybe you prefer a doughnut and morning coffee.
The Ways and Means Committee will meet at the Social Hall at 7 PM June 10th to price donated items. You are welcome to join us.
Items may be left in the entryway to the Social Hall after June 1st. (No clothing or large furniture items.)
Now is the time to rent a table for $15 so you can have the opportunity to sell your crafts, books and household items. To reserve your space , send your check made out to the Allen’s Neck Friends Meeting and mail it to Ann.
Clambake News
Bakemaster for Clambake this year, Thursday, August 18 , will be Raymond.
We have prepared a 4 page "task chart" documenting, in writing, all the responsibilities and activities of clambake in the weeks before Bake as well as the week of Clambake. We hope this new chart will help the Bakemaster and all the volunteers cover every aspect of this wonderful annual event at Allen’s Neck Meeting.
